Initial Requirements:
The client planned to develop a core temperature monitoring module for its next-generation industrial equipment condition monitoring sensor. However, the client's team initially struggled to decide between Platinum Resistance Temperature Detectors (RTDs) and NTC temperature sensors, unsure which technical solution would best meet the stringent requirements of their end application in terms of accuracy, cost, and size.

We provided initial drafts of various solutions, including epoxy resin packaging and ultra-thin stainless steel tube packaging, and recommended the optimal R25 and B value combinations.
After several rounds of modifications addressing packaging form, cable length, and connector type, all technical parameters were finalized.
